  • Lead qualification criteria are established during initial consultation
  • We guarantee lead quality through our proprietary verification process

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. We will not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services, except as required by law.

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lignotech's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Client access to our systems will be discontinued
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
  • Any ongoing campaigns will be completed or transferred as agreed

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
